The MAF Group is rising wages by 4%

Due to succesful business development and high order volume, MAF Zurich Consulting Group AG will rise wages on average by 4% as well as the onces of MAF Outsourcing AG. Not only the generale wage raise  increase but also the individual performance-related wage adjustment will has been performed.

1st August 2009, 9.00 p.m.

The MAF Group is doubling its office space at Wollerau by nearly 1000m²

Due to great demand for outsourced employment, MAF has closed a rental agreement with Keystone Development Management AG over the next five years. Hence it follows that MAF expanded its rented area to 1000m2, at the headquarter in Wollerau. The new offices have been already occupied by the East-Desk, as well as from the archive office.

4th March 2009, 8.00 a.m.

Dr. Roger Groner is proposed to the shareholders’ meeting to the new Supervisory Board from 5th March 2009.

The Supervisory Board of the MAF Outsourcing AG proposed the appointment of Dr. Roger Groner in the Supervisory Board. Dr. Groner is specialised in corporate and stock law and registered as an Attorney at Law at the Swiss and the New York courts either. For nearly five years he has provided strategic and legal consultancy for the MAF Zurich Consulting Group AG.

27th February 2009, 5.00 p.m.

New facility is taken into operation for processing of pay slips.

In order to meet the increasing demand in the field of administrative management of salaries, a new facility was taken into operation for processing of pay slips on 27th February 2009. With the new equipment from Pitney Bowes the MAF Outsourcing AG is now capable of processing up to 50.000 pay slips a day: controlling, printing, packing and forwarding.

3rd February 2009, 12.00 a.m.

The Shareholders’ Meeting as of 3rd February 2009 chose the BKK Audit AG from Wintethur as the new auditors for MAF Outsourcing AG.

In order to be in accordance with consolidated accounting, legal requirements and the increasing audit provisions towards internal and external stakeholders, the BKK Audit AG was chosen as auditors for one year.

15th October 2008, 5.00 a.m.

Domicile of the Group is networked with a new 3COM equipment.

Adapting to the growth of the company and the networking of the domicile either, the new 3Com telephone equipment was put into operation today. Thus the encoding of telephone conversations or that of VoIP are taken into account. A huge, five-figure amount was invested in this equipment which is regarded as a long-term investment in the future.

8th October 2008, 8.00 a.m.

The MAF Outsourcing AG and the MAF Zurich Consulting Group AG are consolidated. As of 8th October 2008 the Excalibur Group AG is founded as the parent corporation of both companies.     

Pursuing the structural adjustments introduced on 3rd September 2008 the Excalibur Group AG is founded as a holding company for both firms. The Excalibur will render mainly management and financing services to the Group.

3rd September 2008, 8.00 a.m.

As of 3rd September 2008 MAF Outsourcing AG is founded.

In order to meet the increasing demand for outsourcing services in the fields of accounting and human resources/salary the decision was made by MAF Zurich Consulting Group AG in the summer of 2008 to spin off this service branch in form of a new company. The registration of the company will probably take place on 12th September 2008.

Die Bildmarke der MAF Outsourcing wird beim Amt für Geistiges Eigentum hinterlegt.

Das von der bekannten Designerin Milene Pereira erstellte Logo der MAF Outsourcing AG i. G. wird beim Amt für Geistiges Eigentum in Bern hinterlegt. Die vier Würfel in steigender Anordnung stellen die in sich abgeschlossene und doch vernetzten Outsourcing-Cluster dar. Das Rot symboliert die Energie und das Herzblut, welches von unseren Mitarbeitern in jedes Mandat eingebracht wird.
